AC Milan have sacked head coach Clarence Seedorf after less than five
months in charge and named Filippo Inzaghi as his successor.
Seedorf, 38, replaced Massimiliano Allegri in January
with the club 11th in Serie A and 30 points behind leaders and eventual
champions Juventus.
But the former Netherlands international was unable to spark an upturn in fortunes and the club ended the season 45 points behind Juventus.
More to follow.
