Barcelona are set to recruit two right backs to replace the departing Dani Alves this summer, reports Sport.
Barca’s
mission to replace the Brazilian is well underway and Sport claims that
two right-backs are poised to arrive at the Camp Nou.
The Spanish champions are in advanced negotiations to sign Sevilla’s Aleix Vidal, who was rewarded for his fine form this season with his first call-up to the Spain squad on Tuesday.
Despite the fact he is under contract until 2019 with a €25m release clause fee, the club could snap him up for around €10m.
Barcelona are also close to signing Sporting Lisbon’s Cedric Soares, although they are still awaiting the green light to finalise the deal from coach Luis Enrique.
The 22-year-old, who is already a full international for Portugal, would cost around €7m as his contract expires in 2016.
